One of our employment transitions this month was a participant in the Whitebox Enterprises Payments By Outcome trial, which is a funding model trial for jobsfocussed social enterprises that we see great value in.
We also excitedly welcomed a new Work Skills Coach to the team. Janet Monagle comes from a background in employment services and brings a genuine passion for people. Janet will work closely with our transitional staff to build their confidence and skills as they work towards their choice of employment beyond Vanguard so that we can keep creating more employment opportunities for those who need it most.
